How to Choose a Session
Sessions are booked by time and tailored to the individual.
Energy healing sessions are completed remotely and delivered by email.
Naturopathic services are clinical assessments conducted by scheduled consult (phone/video) or delivered as an emailed analysis report, depending on the service.
No prior experience with energy-based work is required.
How Energy Sessions Work: All of our energy & frequency healing sessions are offered by proxy. What that means:

You share your information (name, age, photo, and any current concerns).

Distance doesn’t matter—healing is not bound by time or place.

While you go about your day, I do the energetic work behind the scenes.

Shifts and realignment are sent back to you via email or within the energy field itself.

You don’t need to be present or connected during the session. The healing meets you where you are.
