How Energy Sessions Work: All of our energy & frequency healing sessions are offered by proxy. What that means:

• You share your information (name, age, photo, and any current concerns).

• Distance doesn’t matter—healing is not bound by time or place.

• While you go about your day, I do the energetic work behind the scenes.

• Shifts and realignment are sent back to you via email or within the energy field itself.

• You don’t need to be present or connected during the session. The healing meets you where you are.
